The site is a corner lot facing a relatively busy southern road.
The surrounding area is lined with houses and has a beautiful stream running through it.
The layout of the building was planned to eliminate the openings facing the busy street on the south side, and to create a courtyard facing the less busy road on the west side, bringing nature to each room.
The layout allows residents to live on the first floor, with a guest room on the second floor.
Plaster, solid wood flooring, and other natural materials were used in abundance to create a space that can be enjoyed as it ages.
The exterior walls are finished with wood paneling and white plaster. Both are coated with glass to ensure easy maintenance.
Since many remote meetings are held here, a study corner was created and a parquet wall was placed in the background to create a sense of quality.
The courtyard is the center of the space, where time flows leisurely.
